I have been out on the road collectively for almost ten years on four separate tours. Having access to the top notch physical therapists from NEURO TOUR made the constant changing of venues, coupled with the rigorous performance and rehearsal schedules, bearable. They have kept us all out of harm’s way on so many occasions and when injury has struck their level-headedness was a blessing. These therapists have put in so many hours maintaining our physical health both on and off the clock, it doesn’t seem possible. The current PT on Wicked, Munchkinland is incredible. Her strength can only be matched by her knowledge. She is articulate, calm and informed yet is always willing to go the extra step. She constantly researches additional exercises and methods to augment her treatments. Both Wicked and NEURO TOUR are lucky to have her.

I’m a local Atlanta stunt performer. My profession requires high levels of athleticism and sometimes calculated risk and just like life, it doesn’t come without bumps and bruises. Thankfully, I have the wonderful support of the NEURO TOUR staff. I tore my ACL last year and recently underwent reconstructive surgery. I thought it was going to be difficult to find someone to properly treat me, especially during the COVID 19 pandemic, but NEURO TOUR took me on as a client and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Neurosport is an absolute godsend. Working with them has kept me dancing, both through an injury and in maintaining my stamina and strength to perform 8 shows a week. As Company Manager of the national touring company of “Disney High School Musical”, we utilized the services of NEURO TOUR. “Disney High School Musical – On Tour” played over 40 cities, many of which were only for one week at a time. The therapy needs of my dancers were widely varied, and NEURO TOUR’s practitioners were always at the top of their game. As a dancer in the Munchkinland tour of Wicked the Musical, I had all of the typical wear and tear that comes with the job. I felt like going to my NEURO TOUR Physical Therapist not only was helpful for my body, but it gave me a better understanding of the causes and how to prevent them. She would give me an exercise routine that was specifically designed for my areas that were weak and prone to injury. I feel like after working with the practitioner, I have more knowledge, a healthier body and I have a friend.

Traveling bi-weekly with a show as strenuous as Dirty Dancing is almost impossible. NEURO TOUR physical therapy is an essential part of this show. Our physical therapist gives us exercises after long travel days and stays late after the show to make sure everyone who needs physical therapy gets it. I personally would not have survived this tour without it.

After 15 surgeries and years of rehab combined, I can honestly say this is the best physical therapy that I have ever experienced. I was struggling with pain behind my patella and severe muscle atrophy after many operations. After this last surgery, I went through almost 3 months of therapy with no relief before switching to NEURO TOUR. After just two weeks of physical therapy at NEURO TOUR utilizing BFR therapy I have started to notice muscle gain and a drastic reduction in knee pain. I can genuinely say I look forward to going to therapy and noticed significant improvements in my body.

As usual, NEURO TOUR’s attentiveness to our needs has met every one of our challenges and I think you’ll agree that the demands of difficult choreography has been quite challenging.
